Saltleaf Community Development District
Saltleaf Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on June 21, 2023 by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 23-16 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
Saltleaf CDD encompasses an area of approximately197.36 acres, located east of Estero Bay, west of South Tamiami Trail and north of Coconut Road., entirely within Lee County, Florida. Saltleaf CDD expects to plan establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities.

Saltleaf Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on June 21, 2023 by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 23-16 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities. Consent is hereby given to the District's Board of Supervisors to finance , plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate and maintain systems and facilities for: (1) parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural and educational uses; and (2) security, including but not limited to, guardhouses, fences, and gates, electronic intrusion-detection systems, and patrol cars, both as authorized and described by Sections 190.012(2)(a) and 190.012(2)(d), Florida Statutes.
